A Little About Us
Diamond Adventures is an educational tour operator, specialising in inclusive educational day trips & residential breaks across the UK & Europe. Catering for all group sizes, ages and abilities – we tailor make packages to suit the requirements & needs of each school, youth group and community organisation.
Our small friendly team have many years experience in the travel sector, organising adventures for thousands of young people every year. Our mission is to open the world as an exciting and dynamic educational environment beyond the classroom. Year after year, teachers put their trust into us to organise their school trips and safely provide experiences to their students.
Founded by Keiran & Josh, in 2023, Diamond Adventures is disrupting the educational travel market by provided high quality affordable experiences to all. They both have many years across the educational and travel sectors and use their expertise to craft unforgettable memories for young people.

Frequently Asked Questions
We typically maintain a 1:10 ratio for all trips unless specified otherwise. For every 10 paying student spots, we offer 1 complimentary adult space. If you need a different ratio, please inform us when you make your inquiry.
All of our residential tours and day trips are completely bespoke. We usually include admission fees but it depends on your requirements. It would be detailed in your booking confirmation exactly what is included.
No. We currently do not offer travel insurance and would recommend obtaining independent group travel insurance for your tours.
Yes. We routinely audit all accommodation providers to ensure they are meeting satisfactory health & safety standards for our groups.
All of our services are completely bespoke to each school/ group. The destinations on our website are just a few of many examples. If your desired destination isn’t visible, please do get in touch and we’ll likely be able to help.
We have an approved list of coach operators across the country that are carefully selected after successful completion of an initial assessment. These companies are then routinely audited to ensure they comply with laws & regulations and uphold the highest standards in safety.
The number of students can directly affect the cost of the trip and so it is important that you reach the minimum group size stated in your quotation. If not, the price per student may increase.
We understand that circumstances change and sometimes you may need to cancel your booking with us. Although, in an ideal world we’d like to offer you a 100% refund regardless of cancellation notice, it would be financially unsustainable to do so due to the commitments we would have made with booking items such as coach hire and attraction tickets etc. Therefore, please find below the cancellation charges should you need to cancel your booking with us.
