We understand the crucial role day trips play in the educational and personal development of young people. We collaborate closely with a wide range of providers to offer day visits that are accessible to everyone. Whether its a geography fieldtrip, spending the day collecting data on the beaches of Brighton or a special treat at the end of term, braving the rides at Alton Towers, we have the expertise to organise a day that is both logistically smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Day trips are an excellent way to encourage young people to explore and broaden their horizons across various subjects. This could include art students immersing themselves in the talent at the V&A Museum, a day of science at various Zoological parks around the country, or History enthusiasts stepping back in time visiting places like the Jorvik Viking Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Milestones Museum and more.
It would be impossible to list all of the wonderful destinations we can take a group to on a day visit but below we have listed just a small selection of some of our favourites up and down the country. Remember, if a destination for a day visit seems to far away, we can always adapt it into a residential.

Diamond Adventures are just the best. We have used their services on many occasions now and the entire process is exceptional. To last minute changes, solving problems around accessibility, and the love and care toward all the children is just phenomenal.
From start to finish, Diamond Adventures made the whole process of organising our three-day residential to London stress-free and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Adventures. From start to finish, they take away all the stress from organising large group trips. They offer reasonable prices and their communication is excellent. We will continue to use them for our future trips and would highly recommend them to others.

We hold Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of our transport, activity and accommodation providers have PLI & risk assessment measures in place which are routinely checked. All Diamond Adventures staff, drivers of Wight Coaches and other operators we may use are all first aid qualified, safeguard trained and DBS’d as standard
Once you have requested a quote, we will likely seek further information to provide you with an accurate estimate. This is a guide price that we estimate. Approximately 18 weeks before travel, we will issue you with a deposit invoice which is due 12 weeks before your departure date. We will then request your final numbers and issue you with a final balance invoice which is due 6 weeks before travel. If your numbers go down, the price may increase per head, equally if your numbers go up, we may be able to lower your price per head. Although, please try and give us accurate numbers as we need to book number specific providers such as coach hire & accommodation.
We are not currently able to offer independent travel insurance. There are many different travel insurance policies available, and you are required to make your own arrangements. We do ask that you check the cover carefully to ensure that it meets your needs and provide us with details of your insurer and policy.
All of our preferred operator’s coaches (Wight Coaches) come with belted seats, toilets, microphones & media systems and air conditioning as standard. We can arrange for you to view the coach depending on their availability.
We understand that circumstances change and sometimes you may need to cancel your booking with us. Although, in an ideal world we’d like to offer you a 100% refund regardless of cancellation notice, it would be financially unsustainable to do so due to the commitments we would have made with booking items such as coach hire and attraction tickets etc. Therefore, please find below the cancellation charges should you need to cancel your booking with us.
