We primarily work with Wight Coaches as our transport operator; our strong relationship with them means we can provide the lowest prices possible yet ensuring your group receives the highest quality of standards. All Wight Coaches drivers are friendly, knowledgeable, DBS checked and trained as Diamond Adventures reps – meaning if there are any issues or you have any queries whilst on tour; they’ll be able to help.
As well as local providers, we have good relationships with museums and attractions across the UK. Regardless of whether you want to visit London, Thorpe Park, Belgium or Disneyland Paris – you can trust that we can provide opportunities for your group at unbeatable prices.
We are proud to have developed, with the support of local Island businesses, the ‘Inclusivity Fund’ – every time an Isle of Wight based school books a residential or day trip through Diamond Adventures, we will use a proportion of our fund to give you a discount. This discount will come off the total cost of your quote and is down to you to distribute the savings to the young people who would benefit the most. For example, if we give you a £200 discount via the Inclusivity Fund, you could support 20 pupils with a £10 discount, 10 pupils with a £20 discount, 5 pupils with £40 or however you deem appropriate.
All of our day trips, activities & residential breaks are completely bespoke and tailor made to your schools educational needs & requirements. The example trips on our website are a handpicked selection of popular trips that are frequently booked by Isle of Wight based schools. Although, if you have a trip in mind that isn’t listed on our website then do send us an enquiry and we will be more than happy to help with your trip.
We hold Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of our transport, activity and accommodation providers have PLI & risk assessment measures in place which are routinely checked. All Diamond Adventures staff, drivers of Wight Coaches and other operators we may use are all first aid qualified, safeguard trained and DBS’d as standard
Once you have requested a quote, we will likely seek further information to provide you with an accurate estimate. This is a guide price that we estimate. Approximately 18 weeks before travel, we will issue you with a deposit invoice which is due 12 weeks before your departure date. We will then request your final numbers and issue you with a final balance invoice which is due 6 weeks before travel. If your numbers go down, the price may increase per head, equally if your numbers go up, we may be able to lower your price per head. Although, please try and give us accurate numbers as we need to book number specific providers such as coach hire & accommodation.
We are not currently able to offer independent travel insurance. There are many different travel insurance policies available, and you are required to make your own arrangements. We do ask that you check the cover carefully to ensure that it meets your needs and provide us with details of your insurer and policy.
All of our preferred operator’s coaches (Wight Coaches) come with belted seats, toilets, microphones & media systems and air conditioning as standard. We can arrange for you to view the coach depending on their availability.

Note – If you have a valid travel insurance policy, and your reason for cancellation is listed on the policy; you may be able to reclaim these charges. Diamond Adventures will issue you with a cancellation & charges confirmation if necessary.
If any cancellation of individual spaces brings the number in your group below the minimum number required to qualify for a particular price, then the total price payable for the booking will be adjusted accordingly based on the lower number of group members (which will result in an increase per paying passenger).
